I started off with pen and paper sketching in class, I could always draw pretty well and I used it as a medium to get the creative embryos I had in my head out in a way I can visually admire them. Still have a long way to go but can’t say I’m too bad so far.

Y/Project has been one of my favorite brands for the past year and they absolutely took it to the next level with their AW2022 show recently. The pieces really resonated with me not because they are abstract reconstruction (coining this term) and color combinations, but because the general style of all of the pieces are things I would wear myself or design.. they just take it to another level. Super strong star to the year with Y/Project. 🔥

I am Paul Igali, a 21 year old designer/producer who radiates creative energy to the point where you can feel it. Don’t worry, it usually rubs off on you too. I definately try my hardest to dip into every facet of fashion that I can pull off (usually everything) but I favor either a grunge look, tactical/tech wear, or a clean vintage look. Most importantly though, I love is vintage, archive pieces, and secondhand clothing with all my heart. 97% of my closet is one of the three and you can go to the thrift on a random day and 8/10 you can catch me in there. Most of my designs will definitely reflect and highlight my love for vintage clothing and vintage styles.
